It doesn’t have to be this way… Ayurveda can help.

Ayurveda translates to mean ‘the science of life’.  It is how to live life well. It is known as the sister science of yoga.  According Ayurveda, healing begins with us prioritizing our self-care and from that place we begin to fall in love with the fullness of our being. We carve out new habits that honor our bodies and the seasons until they become a natural and easy part of life. Everything we do in life matters. It is all medicine. We are medicine. We can harness what we need from life in a multitude of ways. Everything from the food to the weather outside and how we choose to spend our precious time is providing medicine for us, it is bringing us into or out of balance. Our bodies are constantly attempting to find balance. They are amazing biological systems that we can barely understand the intricacies of. Ayurveda is a science that has been slowly improved upon for over 5000 years, it is not antiquated, it is time tested.

The real questions are: What is your body trying to communicate to you? What is life calling you towards? Do you feel like you are in harmony with seasons and cycles of life? Do you trust your internal compass? Who’s in the driver’s seat? How old are they? Are you letting old programming run your life? Are you ready to release what isn’t working and step into a new, more attuned and empowered version of you?

If you are ready to:

  • Prioritize Self-Care Practices for your Health & Well-being

  • Surrender to the Unfolding of the Present Moment

  • Take Responsibility for your Reality and Forgive Yourself and Everyone Else

  • Live the Juiciest, most Amazing Life you can Dream Possible…. then Let’s Do This!

Dream Big

Because the possibilities are endless, but our time here isn’t.

Testimonials

I have worked with many people over the past two decades that I have been helping folks one-on-one, through massage therapy, business and brand consulting, yoga students and most recently Ayurvedic Life Coaching, and one thing is clear: I am here to hold space for healing, to inspire and encourage people on their path to greatness.

I had the most profound shift I think I’ve ever had in one session.

It was absolutely incredible, and I just want to thank you, Wryn, for being a channel and inspiring me, and for being a wonderful human, friend, guide in my life.

I feel a real wisdom in Wryn

Honestly, I had never heard of Ayurvedic Counseling before I came here (Anahata) and I’m really happy that I had the opportunity to meet Wryn, face-to-face and to just experience from her… I feel a real wisdom in Wryn, there’s a very… a wisdom and a compassion, and a deep, deep understanding… without having to say many words, she understands exactly what those parts in your life, not only does she understand what needs attention and care but also she has this wonderful way of finding the right way to express this and for you to have tools to be able to work with it.

I felt magnetized to work with you.

I think I came across your Instagram feed in late summer, and I quickly sensed that you and I are aligned in important ways, and that I could benefit from working with you…. And while I’ve invested money in other programs that didn’t synergize with me in the ways that I had hoped, I am incredibly pleased with the work I have done with you, and feel that this work has a much greater value for me than the money I invested with you. And for that reason, in addition to you just being an absolutely lovely and vulnerable human being, I plan to invest in your services again.

I feel so healed… I am transformed.

…very calm, very serene, like yoginis. So I met all the beautiful yoginis here and they are just amazing, the sessions, the classes, the self-awareness sessions, the self-care sessions, I feel so healed, through the center of my heart… the appreciation I have is so great I can’t even express my heart with my words. I think I am transformed now… I really feel transformed.

Who Are My People?

They are the misfits, the change makers, the trail blazers, the shadow facers, the shakti dancers, the emotional surfers, the solution finders, the spiritual teachers, the feminine leaders and creative entrepreneurs.

They’ve struggled in the past and are ready to do what it takes to break those old patterns. They understand the importance of the natural world and want to live in harmony with it. They can feel overwhelmed with the complications of life and the demands placed on them by family and work.

People are often impressed with them and their boldness, but sometimes they feel like it’s never enough. They’ve taken all the classes and read all the books and yet they still struggle with their inner tormentors.

They are the ones willing to point out the elephant in the room. They get really real. They are bold, they are brave, they are creative and they are willing to be called weird to express their truth.

They are the ones who have what it takes to thrive in times like these and they know that the door is close at hand, they just need someone to help them walk through it. They are ready and they are willing to jump into the unknown and trust that they will fly. They can’t not.

Take Steps Towards Loving Life

What I know to be true…

I hold my head high and my heart open. I am no better and no worse than anyone else. We are all Divine. We are here to serve each other and share in joy and harmony on this beautiful, abundant planet. There is more than enough. Death is our greatest teacher in life and Love is our essence. All is well.

A Prayer

Let us all die to the ways of the past that are no longer working. Let us all embrace a new reality and co-create it together. I hold this prayer in my heart everyday. Help me have the courage of my conviction to follow through with my commitment and continue to shape it alongside my growth. Help me always know the abundant wellspring of life-force energy that is always available at the core of my being. Help me tune to divine wisdom, love and energy and pour it forth to all those ready to receive. So be it.
